Congratulations to former Western Kentucky University female basketball star Dominique Duck. She was inducted into WKU Wall of Fame.
Dominique was also a star player in high school. She Helped lead Schenley High School to a pair of Pittsburgh City League championships ... Scored a team-high 438 points as a senior, an average of 16.8 points per game ... Added 177 rebounds, 89 steals, 84 assists and 47 blocks as a senior, while shooting 64 percent from the field ... Named to the Pittsburgh Post Gazette's "Fab Five" ... Scored 24 points and pulled down 10 rebounds in the 2005 city championship game ... Averaged 15 points and 7.9 rebounds in her two years at Schenley.
Dominique plans on playing professionally in the states or overseas. She is currently an assistant girl's basketball coach of the Lady Eagles Obama Academy in Pittsburgh ,Pa. God bless to her success and we hope to see her in the pros very soon.
